You found an artifact and there was an error in the code which is why it didn't have a modifier. You should be able to use that artifact without restriction and you can now search the items list by artifact.
You cannot buy or sell artifacts to vendors and there will only ever be 1 of any artifact (up to errors I make of course.   ) so enjoy it. They will rarely show up when you have advanced adventurers out in the field. |
