Well I think I figured out the right city, but I have no turns. I think the city is Constantinople.

It greatly desires Fur Clothing and lies along Spice Route: Bengal Way. Go there and see what you can find out about this treasure!

Viet matches the first two requirements but I can't find the Spice Route Bengal Way trail...hope this helps

Ok I found the right city and now I'm on to the next clue. The clue is- Next Step: The next clue to the treasure lies in a city described thusly: The city trains Adventurers that are in demand the world over. It is in Qiang and is near the city of Khashgar. Go there and see what you can find out about this treasure!
This one sounds easy so I should have very little trouble with it.

This nearby city also is in the western part of the map and has a More Than Average population. It has Extremely High hunting potential and has Negligible mud. Also, the trail has Very Low average rainfall and can have temperatures as high as Very Hot. Go there and see what you can find out about this treasure!

Herea the next clue- The next clue to the treasure lies in a city described thusly: The city lies along Great Siberian Highway. It is in the southeastern part of the map and breeds Mongolian Horses that are world-famous. Also, it is near the city of Ye. Go there and see what you can find out about this treasure!

City is Khanbalik...this one was easy since there are only 3 places that have mongolians. Of the 3 only one of them is near Ye and is on the Syberian so Khanbalik it is

Also, the trail is near the Spice Route: Ganges Way. Go there and see what you can find out about this treasure!

I think it is the trail between Mathura and Pataliptura but the water amounts don't quite match so I'll have to see
