A suggestion...since there are 19 workers available for the caravan (presently) maybe you could increase the max number of caravan workers? Preferably without using tokens? Like having max of 8 before you have to start using tokens?
Oh yeah, another suggestion...instead of having the philo thingie (school) as a bldg maybe you could have certificates that you have to buy? (You had mentioned that having too many different schools as bldgs would be confusing.) We could either buy a one time certificate or we could buy it in each city we needed it?????

The workers are supposed to be limited. Basically the crafters can sit in a city and do their thing without being in a caravan. Once you've had a worker in your caravan for a while, you will learn how to do what the worker could do so you won't need it in there as much (such as starting out with a hunter and dowser then not keeping one in your caravan after a while). So I guess part of the game is that you have to decide which workers you will have in your caravan and trade them off as you need to do different things.

The school is staying but there will eventually be upgraded ranks of schools that let you also store workers and maybe items and animals. The initial buildings are pretty bad, I admit that, but the later versions that we put in will get better (and be a lot more expensive, too). The idea is again to make you make decisions about how many ciites you will have schools in.
