I keep getting this message when I camp:
[Pm] Alya can't train because you don't have a school or academy in Trapezus.
The marketplace in Trapezus is in bad shape. Try fixing the marketplace so your workers can craft!
The worker is a farmer, and I have her in Trapezus making silk thread. Help? |

What you're seeing there is two different messages about the same worker.
The first one means that you can't train your worker because you don't have the right buildings to do it. If you want to train your worker you can fix this by building a Philosophorium in that city. To do this go to the city, click 'My Buildings' then click the button to buy a Philosophorium.
The second message means the city your worker is in has too many problems with its marketplace to allow any workers to craft. You can fix this by going to the city, clicking 'City Status' then clicking 'Improve Marketplace'. It will cost you $20,000 every time you click this, and considering how many problems the city has I would just recommend you move your worker to a city that has fewer problems, as the alternative could be very expensive. |
