Treasure Hunt Help: Am I just missing it?

The next clue to the treasure lies in a trail described thusly: This trail has water resources that are Very High. It has Incredibly High hunting potential and can have temperatures as low as Cool. Also, the trail is near the Silk Route: Dinaric Coast Road. Go there and see what you can find out about this treasure!


I'm pretty sure it does not exist. I mean is there a clue wrong? How "close" is close for these things?

I can't seem to find a trail that matches that description either. Generally speaking, if a trail is 'close' to another trail then both trails emanate from the same city. Likewise, if a city is 'close' to another city, then it should be possible to travel from one city to the other on a trail without going via any other cities. This can defy the usual understanding of the term 'close' when you have sea routes involved. There is a sea route that connects Viet to Rome so technically those two cities are 'close' even though the trail is about 2500 miles long. I got a treasure hunt clue like that once and it really baffled me at the time.
