my animal handler has been with me since the day i started the game.
and i just noticed he hasnt gained any experience what so ever. not even 1 point. other workers are between 150-200 (except the 2 new ones i hired)

does this have to do with his equipment? if he is well equiped then he wont gain experience? |

They have training and experience and they stop gaining experience once it's 200 or so more than their training. Same if the training is higher. What you have to do is place the worker in a city for a while and take turns to get its training up (with a school there) and then you will get more exp. |
