| i improved a city 2 days ago from "increibly high" to more than average, it had cost me about 150k-200k. now after 2 days, its back to "incredibly high" again, this isnt normal is it? |

Yes it is, the cities are constantly needing to be maintained, their stats degrade at different rates.
It can be pricey keeping a city (or cities) in good shape lol |
