how many moves does it take befor you camp in order for the workers you have in the city to be trained even if its only 0.01 in whatever you have them training in?

for some reason i was thinking that you had to take 3 travels and 1 camp for them to get any kind of training. am i wrong? cause ive only been able to do 2 travels and 1 camp as of late with these horses i have. for some reason they run low on energy soooo mega fast lol. so i was worried my workers arenr getting trained because of this.

Your workers gain 1 training every time you camp. Traveling does not get them any training. Your horses may be running out of energy quickly because of how much you are carrying, how fast you are going, or the type of terrain you are on. If you want their energy to go down slower get their endurance up.
