| im just curious, its no biggie its just never happened b4, why if i had 457 days left on my treasure hunt quest did it boot me off of it saying that after several failed attemps that i give up? i never hit give up. i even hit the back button to see if i hit give up and nope i just hit perform.......is there a limit to how many guesses you can make on these things? cause i was never told and it doesnt say that you only have so many guesses it only tells you how many days are left on it lol. |

There is another hidden number that is a number of failed attempts you get, meaning you went to the wrong city or trail. It's 1-2x the number of nodes you have to visit so that means on average you can miss each clue once or twice and still finish the quest. This is to keep people from just clicking on every city and trail and instead really trying to figure out what the clues mean. I've also added something to the item info so you can see which are the top cities that want perticular items. Those top several cities will be the ones to look for when you get a clue that a city wants an item. |
