training your workers

so if im training my workers in a city whats the best thing to train then in...can someone please explain this?

this here is my hunter i have ...just for instance. im not understanding what i should train my workers in cause i dont understand what each quality offers/does. if your up to it would someone mind explaining?

and also do workers get trained at all while with you? i notice that when they are with me MY skill in that area goes up. for instance when i have my hunter with me my skill in hunting foes up....unless im imagining it which is possible. and when you make an aprentance does it automatically take up a space im your appartment or whatever building you have? cause im ganna get a townhouse but if i have 5 spaces taken and im allowed 6 will the apprentance take up that 6th place?

Each worker has a stat that makes them work better. I have no idea what workers need what stat. When you camp and you have workers with you they gain 1 experience, and if they are in the city they gain 1 training. You need both if you want them to get to high levels. An apprentance is a all new worker so it will take up the last space in your house.
