The treasure cluse seems to be mixing north and south up. Here is an example.
Also, it is in Mongolia and is in the southeastern part of the map
As far as I know Mongolia only has cities in the northern part of the map. |

Good point, Mongolia must have taken over the city. I will alter the locations some. |
