You can get blankets and tents by going to the marketplace image in a city and buying them. About 1/3 of cities should have them for sale.
2. Go to a city and click on "my buildings here" and then you should get a list of buyable buildings. They will be below the buildings you already own there if you own any. You don't have to be in a city to buy a building there. You can just look at a city from afar and buy buildings there. |
