How do the scholars learn tech and bring it to other cities? I have one but don't know how to use it. Please help me.

The Scholars learn a tech in the City that you place them in, you have to have room for them and the City also must have a Philosophorium. Then you just place them in the City and choose what tech you want them to study. (there are a few cities that don't have techs so you'll want to look through the list and decide where you want your scholar to learn.). My practice is that once the scholar has learned a tech in a city, I have them aquire an apprentice and once the apprentice arrives, I move the original Scholar to a different city so that they can teach the residents of that city the tech that they have already learned. As they teach you gain reputation in the city/area they are teaching in. I just kept doing this rotation until I now have 4 scholars and I move them around among cities.
Keep in mind that to teach/learn the city has to have a high enough school rating, so its good to place them in cities where the schools are maintained so that your scholars are able to preform as intended.
I'm not totally sure where Nef was going with the scholars, I believe they will have benefits that are not yet implimented, but thats just my opinion

How do I get my scholars to teach in a city? I am learning in Alexandria but want to teach in Babylon.

Once your scholar has fully learned his/her tech in Alexandria, then you would transport them to Babylon and install them there. Then when you camp, the scholar will teach the Babylonians the tech that was learned in Alexandria.
