| So I killed my animal by accident lol and it gives me the option of abandoning caravan. It says you'll keep workers if they are insured, mine were, but they were gone when I went back to the city. So I killed some animals again with insured workers to test it, and again no workers after |

When you insured them and then abandoned did you have them for at least 50 camps first? Insurance doesn't kick in instantly. You have to wait a while before it becomes effective so you don't wait until you're in trouble before getting it. |
