| is a wonder like a landmark, only writing? what exactly is a wonder? and what is its purpose. i was reading in a town how to make a wonder and that ppl can also work to sabatoge it, how it takes 10 real days to make it and with all the materials it takes it makes me think that its something that you can view....like a real looken statue or something. why would it take 10 real days otherwise to make it? specially if you have all the suplies. can someone explaine? i wouldnt ask if i had come accross a wonder that i could check out but as far as i can tell there hasnt been one as of yet. ok well ill stop blabbering cause i can go on forever lol. |

I too have wondered about Wonders, but since it uses so much stuff I haven't attempted yet. I'm saving up my stuff...question is it says like 6000 wood or stone, which kind of wood/stone? Do any types apply?
Also, same question was posted earlier but I haven't seen reply, yet. Can people only donate when in the city where the wonder is, or can they donate from anywhere?
Another thing, it says it uses influence in the city where it is created. (you need 100 influence in the city)...How is the influence used? |

Heres what the helpfiles say about wonders.

Wonders must be completed within 10 real-life days or they will be considered failed. A failed wonder causes the person who created it to lose a lot of reputation. If the wonder is completed successfully then the patron gains a lot of reputation and a wonder point which we expect to use later on. This will also help your ranking in the top list for wonders of the world. |
You can use any type of wood_log or stone_block to make it. As far as I can tell you need to be in the city where the wonder is being built to donate materials. You can donate to the wonder even if your materials aren't in the city where the wonder is being built. Your 100 influence is spent to start the building of the wonder. The 10 days is so that if you don't have everything you need, after 10 days you fail making the wonder. |

| Still doesnt say what one looks like.....im just too curious i guess lol but yeah i read the helpfiles on it befor i posted the original post. |
