| I know when world war -1 was happening alot of people complained about it, but now I'v only seen one city under siege, and it's under siege from its own country. I'm just wondering why everyone stopped fighting. |

I had made everything fight to test it out and then lowered the fighting chance a lot. If it seems too boring, I can up it again since I know you probably like the double sale prices. |

*chuckles*
Is there a way to make a city's "loyality" to other cities be an effect to its chance of being pulled into a war?
Also, could the realtive closeness to a city a war cause tension in a nearby city? So that the chances are increased of it having its own problems? |

I put something like this in where it hurts the city slightly and they raise their prices. |
