An easy way you can add more items into the game is to make a ring for everything. Like putting in rings for strength and wisdom, and also rings for hunting and farming. An example for a name for the rings would be "Ring of Strength" then it would give +1 to strength, and the same with all the other rings (Ring of <stat or skill here>). This way the jeweler can start crafting some more stuff, and we can have rings to give our workers.
