Mules are listed as having a Max Trail Loose of "Somewhat Low" and I am able to take them on 'Silk Route: Nan Shan Highlands' which has a Soil Looseness Danger of "Medium".
Is this a bug, or am I misinterpreting it? |

You are interpreting it correctly but there's actually some leeway in there where you can go on trails that are slightly worse but you risk injury and you lose more energy and so forth. |

Perhaps change the wording in the Column header as "Works best under these conditions?" *shrugs* |
