Several of my workers can't train any more, they need to gain experience. The problem with this is they are crafters, why would they need experience in the caravan? If we have them there they are not crafting so basically we would be wasting turns/money while they are in caravan. Any ideas on this? I have about 5 workers who have same problem so the msg takes up half my screen everytime I camp 
Msg follows...[#1253] has trained as much as she can and must spend time in the field gaining experience before she can train more. |

Crafters should get experience when they actually make items. It can be up to 5 exp if the item is at the same level of the worker. I guess I never added that to any helpfiles but I will do it. |

It only awards experience when you're done crafting so maybe the experience isn't keeping up. I was doing short simple items when I did this but I will change it to be exp for crafting while you craft also. |
