| I made several regions friends with the Han empire, but when I do quests for the Han empire I only get rep with Qiang, Funan Kingdom, and Mongolia. Is this a bug or do you only get rep with regions close the the one where you got the quest? |

I see what's going on here. It's set up so if the original base affinity is 0, there is no spillover. I will change this so it allows it. |

| One of the gods abilities is to change region affinities. It takes 2k favor to make one change. Its like improving city status. |
