Do I need to find a cook, what else influences this?
I know it was slow to recover when I didn't have enough tents and blankets, but I've fixed that.
Even when I camp in a city, the hunger stat doesn't recover very quickly. (Even on double support costs. I've got to get them to cut down on the junk food  )
Any ideas? |

When we used to be able to buy worker items (sigh, no longer) sertain equip would help with increase the max thirst/hunger so that a worker could go longer without a camp. Hope this helps  |

Some ideas:
Make sure you have tents and blankets. You need 1 tent for every 2 workers and 1 blanket per worker otherwise they don't regen as quickly.
Let them ride instead of walking. It makes them lose less energy and hunger and thirst.
Put the food up to full rations (you did this).
Hire a cook who will improve how effective your food is. |
