I'm escorting a jeweler, and when I camp I get:

I don't have any workers, as I'm just starting out. I didn't plan on paying upkeep for the person I'm escorting. I hope the river is fordable!
Now I'll know. Just thought I'd see if this was intentional or not. |

I didn't think about it either way, but I have taken it out since you're right that you shouldn't have to pay upkeep like that.
