i emailed john and asked him. he said that when you rob a vender/merchant/traveling salesman guy thingy on the trail, sometimes your seen by other players (meaning they dont actually see you but they are on the same trail at the same time lol). when this happens and your seen, it warns the next city tavern and you also loose rep with surounding cities. ( i beleive that if you loose rep you also loose the points you build up that let you create items in those cities). i hope this helps. sometimes when im really curious i just strait up email john when i havent heard an answer from him on/in the forum and i asked this question a while back and then someone else and now you and no answer from him thats why i emailed him lol. so anyways i hope this helps to some degree atleast  |
