| What sort of equipment should be given to these animals? I am going to try the standard items. Will there be more items just for these types of animals? |

Standard items will work but you bring up a good point that not all items should fit all animals. Let us think about this. |

Back in these times people used what they could for what they had.
My suggestion, reduce the bonus given.
Ox pull oxen carts, but that doesn't mean other oxen-like animals couldn't be used with an Oxen cart. It'd be just less effective.  For example. |

I did make a change for the carts/wagons/chariots. Now the maximum strength bonus is 50 percent of the animal's strength so that more animals can use carts. I did this because one item slot with a big bonus makes sense since the animals should be able to pull an item behind them to let them carry more. |
