Internal changes

I put in a bunch of internal changes relating to items and workers and deities interacting so there may be some bugs in it. You shouldn't notice much of a difference except the deity bonuses you get to things like trading and travel speed bonuses should be based on your deity favor/reputation now instead of just being a binary bonus if you have it or not.
