No, but.
You only gain exp when the worker you're with has more exp+training.
Workers only last 2000 camps and only gain exp 1/3-1/2 of the time.
Workers can train apprentices that gain a percent of the previous worker's training+experience (sort of like breeding trained animals gives you better animals) so you can increase it that way, but it will eventually become difficult to level up. The effective cap will probably be around a few thousand to several thousand exp which might be level 20? I'm not sure where it will be though.
Oh, then there's gear that increases your levels so that will help some too. |
